Bindlach, 12. September 2017 – The textile company NKD from Bindlach may once again be pleased to be awarded Germany’s Kundenliebling. In the “Beliebteste Marke” category, NKD received the “Silver” rating for the second time in a row, in the industry fashion retailers and textile chains. This results from a recent survey of Focus 23/17.
Bindlach, 12th September 2017 – The textile company NKD from Bindlach may once again be pleased to be awarded Germany’s Kundenliebling. In the “Beliebteste Marke” category, NKD received the “Silver” rating for the second time in a row, in the industry fashion retailers and textile chains. This results from a recent survey of Focus 23/17.
The study “Kundenliebling” was carried out in cooperation with Deutschland Test and Focus-Money by the consultancy institute Faktenkontor. It is the largest study on brand strength from consumer point of view. The web monitoring tool “Web Analyzer” was used to determine the Kundenlieblinge in Germany. This tool investigated tens of thousands of online news and over a million social media sources, according to statements to 3.000 brands from 119 industries. The data was collected over the period from January to December 2016. Evaluations were made regarding the categories price, service, quality and reputation.
The evaluation shows, that the customer does not only want to buy at a reasonable price, but is also very quality-conscious.
With more than 447.000 Facebook fans, NKD is the pioneer of Textile Discounters and, due to the positive customer feedback on the web, was able to reach a top position in the study.
