NKD is looking for store locations throughout Germany that meet the following requirements:
LOCATIONS
- Cities or independent districts with populations of at least 10,000. Both existing properties and new buildings.
- Neighbourhoods with appealing commercial environments and complementary retailers, such as e.g. shoe shops, grocery stores, chemists etc.
SITE
- Good locations in the inner city.
- Retail locations that are easy to reach and highly visible to road users.
- Attractive malls and specialist retailers in commercial areas and retail parks.
- Second store: is there already an NKD space in your town or city? This is not a hurdle if NKD can be improved or enlarged, or if a second store can be run profitably at the location.
SPACE REQUIREMENTS
- Sales area of approx. 300 to 450 m² on the ground floor.
- Shop width of at least 10 m.
- Impressive shop front.
- Ancillary rooms of at least approx. 30 m
Street sales area of at least 3 m² in front of the entrance.
