NKD is looking for store locations throughout Austria that meet the following requirements:

LOCATIONS

Cities or district centres with populations of at least 5,000 and very good infrastructure.
Tourist or spa regions with populations of less than 5,000.

SITE

Inner city: A+ locations in paedestrian areas and malls that are highly frequented by customers and have a large number of chain stores.
Commercial areas: specialist retail centres with an attractive mix of segments in areas with good traffic connections and sufficient parking.

SPACE REQUIREMENTS

Sales area: approx. 300 m2 to 450 m²
A floor plan that is as square as possible, no columns
Impressive shop front at least 10 m wide
Shop width: at least 10 m
Ancillary rooms: approx. 50 m² (staffroom, toilet and storage)
Ground floor or equipped with a goods lift
