  • Cities or independent districts with populations of at least 20,000
  • Inner city: A+ location for retail sites and malls that are highly frequented by customers
  • Commercial areas: specialist retailers with good traffic connections
  • Sales area: approx. 280 m2 to 450 m2
  • Impressive shop front
  • Shop width: at least 10 m
  • Ancillary rooms: approx. 40 m2 (staffroom, toilet and storage)
  • Street retail: at least 3 m2
