LOCATIONS
- Cities or independent districts with populations of approx. 10,000 to 50,000
- Tourist or spa regions with populations of less than 10,000
SITE
- Inner city: A+ location for retail sites and malls that are highly frequented by customers.
- Commercial areas: attractive malls and specialist retailers with a broad, lucrative mix of segments.
SPACE REQUIREMENTS
- Sales area: approx. 300 m² to 450 m² on the ground floor
- Impressive shop front
- Shop width: at least 10 m
- Ancillary rooms: approx. 30 m² (staffroom, toilet and storage)
- Street retail: at least 3 m²
