NKD is looking for store locations throughout Germany that meet the following requirements:

LOCATIONS

Cities or independent districts with populations of at least 10,000. Both existing properties and new buildings.
Neighbourhoods with appealing commercial environments and complementary retailers, such as e.g. shoe shops, grocery stores, chemists etc.

SITE

Good locations in the inner city.
Retail locations that are easy to reach and highly visible to road users.
Attractive malls and specialist retailers in commercial areas and retail parks.
Second store: is there already an NKD space in your town or city? This is not a hurdle if NKD can be improved or enlarged, or if a second store can be run profitably at the location.

SPACE REQUIREMENTS

Sales area of approx. 300 to 450 m² on the ground floor.
Shop width of at least 10 m.
Impressive shop front.
Ancillary rooms of at least approx. 30 m
Street sales area of at least 3 m² in front of the entrance.

For the referral bonus, NKD Group GmbH, Bühlstraße 5–7, 95463 Bindlach, Germany, will collect the personal data of referrers for the purpose of administering the referral programme and will process this data in accordance with legal regulations. The referrer’s name, contact details, telephone number and email address will be collected, as well as payment details (in particular IBAN) if a bonus is paid. If a lease is successfully signed, the data will also be used to process and pay out the bonus. Special promotion for private referrers and landlords

You will receive a bonus of €2,000 if we successfully sign a lease for a new NKD store within six months of your referral (in the case of a contact referral) and the store subsequently opens. The “first come, first served” principle applies to payouts: if multiple offers are received relating to exactly the same premises, the first person to submit a referral using the contact form via NKDgroup.com/marktposition-zielgruppe/expansion/ or email will receive the bonus. The bonus campaign applies to offers and referrals received up to 31 December 2026. Estate agents and brokers who are entitled to a commission are excluded from the bonus. They will instead receive a referral bonus equivalent to one month’s net base rent/net lease payment under the rental or lease agreement.

Special promotion for brokers, developers and real estate professionals

Due to our high demand for space, you will receive an additional referral bonus for qualified location leads during the promotion period from 20 June 2026 to 31 December 2026. If we sign a rental or lease agreement for the commercial space offered, based on your information, and the space is subsequently opened and operated by us, you will receive a referral bonus equivalent to one month’s net base rent/net lease payment under the rental or lease agreement, in addition to any broker’s commission previously agreed and legally owed. The basis for calculating the referral bonus is the monthly net base rent/net lease payment agreed in the rental or lease agreement concluded, excluding operating costs, service charges, VAT, turnover-related rent components, index adjustments and other variable remuneration components. The referral bonus will be paid only to the person whose full location report is received first via the designated submission form. The “first come, first served” principle applies. An entitlement to the referral bonus arises only upon conclusion of a rental or lease agreement, the opening of the location and actual commencement of operations by us. Referrals already submitted do not in themselves give rise to a claim for payment of the referral bonus. We reserve the right to change, suspend or terminate this promotion, in whole or in part, at any time with effect for the future. This will be communicated in the same manner as the announcement of the campaign. There is no right to have the campaign conducted or continued.
