- Inner city: A+ location for retail sites and malls that are highly frequented by customers
- Commercial areas: specialist retailers with good traffic connections
- Sales area: approx. 280 m2 to 450 m2
- Impressive shop front
- Ancillary rooms: approx. 50 m2 (staffroom, toilet and storage)
